3D Designer – Exhibition & Experience Design

AURA 919 is seeking a highly creative and technically strong 3D Designer who can build immersive environments beyond simple modeling work. This role focuses on crafting high-impact exhibition experiences for leading international and regional brands across major events in the GCC. We work with globally recognized brands including RTA, Lexus, Qatar Tourism, DHL, du, Sephora, and many others. Our projects are showcased at major exhibitions such as GITEX, ADIPEC, Arab Health, INDEX, and other top-tier trade shows across the region. We are looking for someone who understands that every design must be visually powerful, structurally buildable, and strategically effective in client communication and sales presentations. Key Responsibilities: • Design custom exhibition stands including single-level stands, double-deck structures, kiosks, and retail activation spaces • Create high-quality photorealistic renders and immersive walkthrough presentations for client approvals • Prepare detailed technical drawings, dimensioned layouts, and fabrication-ready documentation • Work on fast-paced client pitches with strict deadlines and high-value brand requirements • Ensure all designs are practical for production while maintaining strong visual impact • Translate creative concepts into spatial experiences that reflect brand identity and storytelling Requirements: • 3–6 years of experience in exhibition design, trade show booths, retail 3D design, or experiential environments • Strong expertise in 3ds Max or SketchUp along with V-Ray or Corona rendering engines • Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings and production detailing • Strong portfolio demonstrating custom-built exhibition stand projects (modular-only work will not be accepted) • Solid understanding of fabrication methods, materials, and real-world construction execution • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment What We Offer: • Competitive salary package based on experience and portfolio quality • Opportunity to work on leading exhibitions and global brand activations in the Middle East • Exposure to internationally recognized brands and large-scale experiential projects • A collaborative work culture focused on creativity, precision, speed, and ambition
