ACCOMMODATION ASSISTANT

  • Assist Supervisor in supervising allocation of room / bed space along with the basic amenities to the new arrivals, including linen, uniforms, accessories etc. – inter area transfers through a professional process without any prejudice or favour.
  • Accountable responding to all causalities, medical emergencies, in coordination with SOC.
  • Attend to all the camp residents” living accommodation basic needs in accordance with HR welfare program and local laws, with polite and humble behaviour, without any offence or disrespect to any person, religion, or community.
  • Assist in maintaining Inventory of all camp resources, including residents count, without any illegal residents, under your direct and indirect essential functions
  • Follow the Line Manager and in delivering a camp administration essential and support function as an Accommodation Assistant in a team role.
  • Responsible for Laundry day-to-day operation in term of receive and collection of uniforms from staff and supplier, ensure an accurate counting and inventory is maintained at all time with a deviation report on missing and damage uniform and also record keeping and follow-up credit notes and invoice follow-up.
  • Coordinate, schedule and communicate all training related programs and deployment info to the camp residents in a timely and professional manner while documenting and maintaining records.
  • Ensure camp rule and regulations including Do’s and Don’ts must explain to every new residents through orientation at the time of arrival.
  • Responsible to maintain record of all Camp Administration functions which are auditable by the internal and external auditors including Camp Inspections, Incidents, Accident, Violations, Drills, Exercises, issue of materials, assets and resources inventory etc. which shall present to your colleague / Line Manager upon changing shift with a completed, clear and accurate information for their verification during duty handover.
