Account Associate – UAE National

Job Description:

  • You'll be joining the Alshaya Group team. You will support Account Managers in ensuring that Alshaya's world-class brands are optimized for the Deliveroo platform, working across Ulta Beauty, Boots, Disney, and NYX Professional Makeup.
  • On-App Merchandising: Own the technical upload of promotions, ensuring discounts and "Buy 1 Get 1" offers are live and accurate across all Alshaya brand storefronts on Deliveroo.
  • Ad Operations: Assist in activating "Deliveroo Ads" for brands like NYX and Ulta, ensuring campaigns are launched on time to drive maximum visibility.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly audit the Alshaya brand pages to ensure images, descriptions, and promotional tags are correct and visually appealing.
  • Stock Tracking: Monitor the frequency of stock updates from the Alshaya side. Ensure that fast-moving items (e.g., Boots essentials) are consistently updated to minimize "Order Mark-outs."
  • Proactive Flagging: Identify and flag gaps where brands have failed to send stock updates, working quickly to resolve data silos before they impact the customer experience.
  • Menu Creation: Work with the Catalogue teams to improve menu structures, such as adding "Trending" categories for Ulta or "Gift Ideas" for Disney.
  • Menu Sprints: Execute rapid updates to menu tags and categorization to improve searchability and conversion rates on the Deliveroo app.
  • Reporting: Pull performance data for daily and weekly "Health Checks" to help Account Managers identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Q-Commerce Mindset: You understand that in the world of Deliveroo, every minute counts. You are fast, responsive, and organized.
  • Data Literacy: Comfortable handling CSV files and basic data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) for menu uploads and performance tracking.
  • Detail Oriented: You have an eye for the small things, ensuring a NYX lipstick shade name is exactly right or a Disney price point is updated.
  • Collaborative: A natural team player who can work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Problem Solver: When a stock feed fails or a promotion doesn't trigger, you don't just report it—you help find the fix.

Benefits:

  • Solve meaningful problems at real scale — Work on a complex, always-on marketplace that impacts millions every day.
  • See your impact, fast — Ship, test and improve ideas quickly in a low-hierarchy, high-ownership environment.
  • Grow through challenge and ownership — Take on big, ambiguous problems and accelerate your career with strong support.
  • A culture built for builders — High standards, collaboration, flexible working and continuous learning.
