Field Sales Account Executive

Position Overview

Are you a relentless, high-performing commercial hunter with a passion for winning new business in the UAE’s dynamic logistics landscape? We are seeking a Field Sales Account Executive to aggressively drive market expansion across Abu Dhabi, Northern Dubai, and Jebel Ali. In this high-impact role, you will combine a proactive sales mindset with structured process execution to deliver end-to-end freight and logistics solutions. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline, closing high-value accounts, and establishing our footprint across key UAE trade hubs.

What You Will Do

  • New Business Acquisition (Hunting): Proactively prospect, cold-call, and secure high‑value field sales opportunities across industrial, commercial, and trade hubs in Abu Dhabi, Northern Dubai, and Jebel Ali.
  • KPI & Target Execution: Consistently meet and exceed aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, margin, and pipeline development targets.
  • Process-Driven Pipeline Management: Systematically track sales activities, lead generation, and opportunity progression using structured CRM workflows and disciplined reporting.
  • Multimodal Solution Architecture: Sell comprehensive, end-to-end supply chain solutions spanning Sea Freight, Air Freight, Road Transport, Warehousing, and Customs Brokerage.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Lead high‑stakes negotiations for spot quotes and long‑term contracts, balancing competitive customer value propositions with optimal business margins.
  • Client Relationship Leadership: Deliver exceptional initial onboarding and continuous advisory services, ensuring high retention and long‑term account growth.

Relevant Experience

4+ years of proven sales experience. Direct experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics (Sea, Air, and Road freight exposure) is strongly preferred. Candidates from high‑volume, B2B service-based sales environments will also be considered.

Educational Background

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is required (equivalent years of solid, demonstrated sales success within the industry may be considered in lieu of a degree).

Language Skills

Fluency in English is required; Arabic speaking skills are a distinct advantage.

Territory Knowledge

Familiarity with the commercial dynamics of Abu Dhabi, Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), and Northern Dubai is preferred.

  • Multimodal Freight Exposure: Practical operational and commercial understanding of Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Road Transport networks across UAE trade corridors.
