This dual-focus role bridges the gap between paid marketplace advertising and organic listing optimization. You will build, manage, and scale ad campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Products) while continuously refining product titles, bullets, and backend keywords to dominate search results on Amazon, Walmart, and Allegro.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Campaign Management:</strong> Set up, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns via Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, and Allegro Ads.</li><li><strong>Budget & Bid Optimization:</strong> Manage daily ad spend, adjust bids, and optimize campaigns to hit strict ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) and RoAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets.</li><li><strong>Listing Optimization (SEO):</strong> Conduct extensive keyword research for the US and specific EU markets. Write, edit, and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms.</li><li><strong>Content Enhancement:</strong> Collaborate with graphic designers to create high-converting A+ Content, Storefronts, and image carousels tailored to regional audiences.</li><li><strong>A/B Testing:</strong> Continuously test main images, pricing, and copy to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates (CVR).</li><li><strong>Performance Tracking:</strong> Monitor keyword ranking, organic vs. paid sales ratios, and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to the Key Accounts Manager.</li><li><strong>Qualifications:</strong></li><li>2–4 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on Amazon (experience with Walmart Connect and Allegro Ads is a major plus).</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with a deep understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword indexing.</li><li>Familiarity with marketplace research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk).</li><li>Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage localized content for both US and European consumers.</li></ul>
