Accountant, Accounts Receivable
Responsibilities
- Prepare and raise tuition fees and expense invoices for various programs across FBL, SGP, and ADH campuses
- Ensure all invoicing complies with tax regulations and required timeframes
- Assist with CSP program fee invoices and upload invoices to client vendor portals
- Record invoicing accurately in Oracle and other related financial systems
- Manage the distribution of invoices to customers and ensure compliance with customer procurement processes
- Monitor accounting interfaces and participate in month-end closing activities
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable department
- Experience in international organizational structures preferred
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency in financial and billing systems for invoice management
- Knowledge of tax-related matters including VAT, GST, and withholding tax
- Experience with PeopleSoft and Oracle ERP
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent requests
- Strong organizational and planning skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in French
- Experience with international billing environments
