Accountant & Admin (Female)

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Female Accountant & Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting activities, financial records, administrative tasks, and office coordination while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties

  • Prepare and maintain accounting records, ledgers, and financial reports.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and purchase orders.
  • Monitor cash flow and petty cash transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Prepare payroll and employee expense claims.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local regulations.

Administrative Duties

  • Manage office correspondence, emails, and documentation.
  • Maintain filing systems and company records.
  • Prepare reports, letters, contracts, and official documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Follow up with clients, suppliers, and project teams regarding documentation and payments.
  • Assist management in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in accounting and administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with accounting software (ERP, Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in contracting, construction, MEP, or trading companies.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and VAT regulations.
  • Ability to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams professionally.
