Accountant — Remote (UAE)

Job Title: Accountant — Remote (UAE)

Job Type: Full-time · Hybrid · UAE-based

Salary: 5,000 – 6,000 AED/month

About Expin

Expin is a creator and influencer marketing platform operating across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We run campaigns for brands, manage creator networks, and operate as a fast-moving agency with multiple active clients at any time. We're looking for an accountant who can own the numbers end-to-end — not someone who needs to be managed.

What You'll Own

  • VAT registration, filing, and submissions in line with FTA requirements
  • UAE Corporate Tax compliance — registration, filing, and staying current with FTA updates
  • Invoicing clients and tracking collections
  • Following up with clients on outstanding payments — you track aging receivables, chase directly, and escalate before it becomes a problem
  • Monthly P&L tracking and reporting — you flag issues before we ask
  • QuickBooks Online — day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and maintaining clean books
  • Payroll processing for a small remote team
  • Supporting annual audit preparation
What We're Looking For

Required

  • Based in the UAE — you must understand FTA regulations firsthand, not theoretically
  • QuickBooks Online — non-negotiable, it's what we run on
  • Proven experience with UAE VAT submissions
  • UAE Corporate Tax experience — you've handled CT registration and filing, not just read about it
  • Strong P&L tracking — you can produce a clean monthly report and explain what the numbers mean
  • Comfortable following up with clients directly on payments — professionally persistent
Strong plus:
  • Agency or professional services background — you understand retainer billing, project-based invoicing, and multi-client tracking
  • Experience working with a small or scaling business where you wore multiple hats
What We Offer
  • Clean, organised operation — we're not handing you a mess to fix
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience

  • Filing VAT returns with FTA: 2 years (Required)
  • QuickBooks Online: 2 years (Required)
Language:
  • Tagalog (Preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai Marina
