<p><strong>Star Services</strong> is on the lookout for an experienced and driven <strong>Admin & Procurement Specialist</strong> to join its Abu Dhabi team. This hybrid role blends administrative coordination with procurement responsibilities, making it well-suited to a versatile professional who can manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and keep purchasing operations running efficiently — all while supporting broader office administration needs.</p> <p>Candidates with backgrounds in facilities management, accommodation, logistics, or procurement are particularly encouraged to apply. A valid UAE Driving Licence and own vehicle are mandatory requirements for this position. Multilingual candidates with Mandarin Chinese or Arabic language skills will have an added edge.</p> <h4>Key Responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Coordinate and manage daily procurement and administrative activities across the organization</li> <li>Engage with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive quotations and fulfill purchasing requirements</li> <li>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to achieve best-value outcomes</li> <li>Maintain accurate and organized procurement records, purchase orders, and vendor documentation</li> <li>Monitor the progress of purchase orders and proactively follow up on deliveries and lead times</li> <li>Provide administrative support and coordinate effectively with internal departments</li> <li>Process and track purchasing activities through ERP or procurement management systems</li> <li>Evaluate vendors, manage supplier relationships, and ensure procurement procedures are adhered to</li> </ul> <h4>Requirements</h4> <ul> <li>Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field</li> <li>3–5 years of relevant procurement or administration experience</li> <li>Valid UAE Driving Licence and own vehicle — mandatory</li> <li>Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP or procurement system experience is advantageous</li> <li>Fluent English; Mandarin Chinese and/or Arabic language skills are a plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary:</strong> AED 7,000–9,000/month (Estimated)</p>
