Admin – Accounts & HR Administrative Assistant- Female

About the Role

Credon is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant whose main focus will be accounting, alongside supporting HR and general office administration. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role suited to someone who is organized, discreet with sensitive information, and comfortable managing core accounting tasks together with onboarding and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance (Main Focus)
  • Manage end-to-end accounting for Credon, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment processing
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare reports and support month-end/year-end closing
  • Assist with WPS salary processing and payroll-related documentation
  • Maintain accounting records using Zoho Books (preferred) or similar ERP systems
HR & Employee Onboarding
  • Coordinate end-to-end employee onboarding, including documentation, contracts, and induction
  • Maintain employee records and HR files
  • Liaise with staff on HR-related queries and administrative needs
Administrative & Government Liaison
  • Visit government offices (e.g., Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, immigration, labor department) to process visas, labor cards, and related documentation
  • Handle general administrative and office coordination tasks
  • Support day-to-day operational needs across departments
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books strongly preferred; experience with other ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) also considered
  • Prior exposure to HR administration and employee onboarding is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
  • Familiarity with UAE government processes (MoHRE, GDRFA/Immigration, etc.) is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and standard accounting software
  • Female candidates preferred
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per hour
