Administration and General Resources Manager

The Elite Job is seeking an experienced and dynamic Administration and General Resources Manager to lead our administrative and resource management functions. The successful candidate will oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the company general administrative processes, ensuring that all departments have the necessary resources and support to operate effectively. As part of our management team, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and supervising a variety of administrative and human resources activities, contributing to the success and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring all systems, processes, and personnel operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage the resources and services required for the company operations, including procurement, inventory control, and supplier management.
  • Coordinate and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve administrative processes and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast resource needs and plan accordingly.
  • Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, health and safety standards, and other relevant regulations.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure a high level of talent acquisition and retention.
  • Manage and optimize office facilities, including maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and control the department budget, optimizing resources and cost-efficiency.
  • Handle general inquiries and resolve operational issues in collaboration with the executive team.
  • Support strategic initiatives through data analysis and administrative insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master preferred).
  • Proven experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of administrative and general resource management practices.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in administration and resource management.
  • Previous experience in managing diverse teams and handling complex operational challenges.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of 40-45 hours per week. Occasional overtime may be necessary based on project demands and deadlines.
