Administrative Assistant and Sales Representative

We are seeking a reliable and confident Administrative Assistant and Sales Representative to support our growing operations. This is a remote, full time position.

This is a communication-focused role suited to someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable interacting with clients by phone and email in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage email and phone communication with existing clients
  • Book and schedule services
  • Conduct outbound calls to existing clients to secure bookings
  • Provide client-facing communication, follow-up, and service coordination
  • Prepare and send quotes and contracts
  • Track additional services and service requests
  • Upsell and offer additional services when appropriate
  • Conduct collections calls as required
  • Provide general administrative and scheduling support
  • Communicate effectively with staff members and clients
  • Handle vendor management, including ordering equipment and maintaining vendor relationships
  • Organize documents and maintain electronic filing systems
  • Perform other related duties as required

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Administrative experience preferred; entry-level candidates considered with strong communication skills
  • Previous sales experience is an asset
  • Comfortable with outbound client calls
  • Proficient in calendar management and scheduling tools
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of office administration best practices
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and responsive under pressure
  • Self-motivated and able to take direction well

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
