Key Qualifications • AI Image Generation Expertise: Deep understanding of artificial intelligence. Skilled in using AI-powered tools such as Midjourney, Nanobanana, Flux, and Seedream 4K for concept generation, image upscaling tools like Magnific AI for visualization, high-resolution rendering, and automated design workflows. Proficiency in Grasshopper for algorithmic and parametric design is considered a valuable plus. • AI Video Generation Expertise: Experience with next-generation AI video generation models including Sora 2, Kling, Wan 2.5, and Google Veo 3.1, to create immersive architectural animations, narrative-driven presentations, and dynamic visual content. • Architectural Visualization Skills: Proficiency in 3D modelling, rendering, and visual storytelling using tools such as Rhino, Sketch Up, and 3ds Max. • Rendering & Visualization Tools: Expertise in industry-standard rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Enscape, and Chaos Vantage for high-quality, photorealistic visualization. Experience with D5 Render and Unreal Engine is considered a significant advantage. • Creative & Visual Communication Tools: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop (image editing and visualization), InDesign (layout and publication design), After Effects (motion graphics and animation), and Premiere Pro (video editing and storytelling). • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or related field.
