We are seeking an AI Content Moderator (Content Safety / Trust & Safety / Policy Specialist) to support and enhance content safety initiatives by reviewing, evaluating, and moderating digital content across various platforms while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and community standards. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and trustworthy online environment through effective content moderation practices and policy enforcement.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Trust & Safety teams, policy specialists, operations teams, AI and machine learning teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content moderation activities are conducted accurately and efficiently. You will assess content-related risks, interpret moderation guidelines, and contribute to the continuous improvement of content safety processes and standards.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating user-generated content, identifying policy violations, and applying moderation decisions in accordance with established content policies and operational procedures. You will analyze text, images, audio, video, and other digital content formats to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and content safety requirements.
The role also involves supporting AI-assisted moderation initiatives by working with automated moderation systems, content classification tools, and machine learning technologies designed to improve moderation accuracy and operational efficiency. You will provide feedback on moderation outcomes, identify trends in policy violations, and contribute to refining content moderation workflows and AI-driven moderation models.
You will support Trust & Safety operations by conducting content investigations, escalating complex or high-risk cases when necessary, and maintaining accurate moderation records and documentation. In addition, you will assist in developing and improving content policies, moderation guidelines, and quality assurance processes to enhance user safety and platform integrity.
This position requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to monitor emerging content risks, evaluate operational metrics, and implement best practices for content moderation and policy enforcement. You will contribute to process improvement initiatives, maintain consistency in moderation decisions, and support efforts to improve moderation quality and operational effectiveness.
You will identify opportunities to enhance moderation frameworks, stay informed about evolving online safety challenges, and contribute to maintaining a positive and secure digital ecosystem. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to make objective and policy-based moderation decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Psychology, Business Administration, Digital Media, Law, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of content moderation principles, Trust & Safety operations, and content policy enforcement practices.
- Knowledge of online safety frameworks, digital platform governance, and community guideline implementation.
- Familiarity with user-generated content moderation across text, images, audio, video, and multimedia formats.
- Understanding of AI-assisted moderation systems, machine learning applications, and automated content classification technologies.
- Knowledge of content risk assessment methodologies, moderation workflows, and quality assurance practices.
- Familiarity with content safety policies related to misinformation, spam, harmful content, fraud prevention, and platform integrity initiatives.
- Proficiency in moderation tools, case management systems, and digital content review platforms is advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail and consistency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary operational and technical teams.
- Ability to prepare moderation reports, policy documentation, operational analyses, and quality assurance records accurately and professionally.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, privacy considerations, and ethical standards related to content moderation and online safety.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools for operational documentation and analysis.
- Familiarity with Trust & Safety metrics, moderation performance indicators, and operational excellence practices is preferred.
