AI Strategy & Technology at PwC Middle East combines strategic foresight with digital innovation to accelerate transformation. We shape operating models, design technology roadmaps, and deliver integrated solutions that drive growth and resilience. By exploring emerging technologies, advancing intelligent automation, and leveraging data-driven insights, we unite strategy, design, and execution—helping PwC and its clients harness innovation, navigate disruption, and achieve sustainable outcomes. 

How You’ll Contribute

Idea intake support

  • Support new AI and technology ideas.

Gate 1 assessment support 

  • Support the preparationof qualification materials.
  • Document Go, No-Go, or Refine outcomes and ensure written feedback is captured clearly.

Business case development support 

  • Support the development of business cases.
  • Help draft sections of the business case.

Pipeline, reporting, and governance support 

  • Maintain pipeline dashboards and trackers for idea intake.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of related templates.

AI startup incubator support 

  • Support research and mapping of regional AI startups.
  • Assist with startup screening.
  • Prepare startup profiles.
  • Coordinate related events.
  • Track startup engagement progress.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in consulting, strategy, innovation, technology, AI, startups, research, business analysis, or project coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of AI, digital transformation, technology products, or startup ecosystems.
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and document preparation skills.
  • Ability to manage trackers, follow up on actions, and maintain process discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Expected profile 

  • Typically 2–4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Consulting, innovation, technology, venture, or startup ecosystem experience is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI, digital products, business case development, or financial analysis is preferred.
  • Experience in the Middle East region is a plus.
