AI Workflow Intern

Responsibilities

  • Map and analyze existing workflows across departments
  • Identify repetitive or inefficient processes suitable for AI automation
  • Design and implement AI-driven solutions including agents, prompt systems, and automation workflows
  • Test, refine, and deploy AI use cases
  • Maintain daily activity logs documenting tasks, tools, challenges, and efficiency gains
  • Produce weekly reflection summaries on key learnings and workflow improvements
  • Contribute to a final internship report or presentation summarizing outcomes and recommendations
  • Support the adoption of AI tools by documenting processes and training internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to apply AI tools in real-world settings
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Interest in automation, business optimization, or emerging technologies
  • Ability to work independently and document work rigorously
  • Strong written communication skills for documentation and reporting
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Mac/Apple operating systems
