AI Workflow Intern
Responsibilities
- Map and analyze existing workflows across departments
- Identify repetitive or inefficient processes suitable for AI automation
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions including agents, prompt systems, and automation workflows
- Test, refine, and deploy AI use cases
- Maintain daily activity logs documenting tasks, tools, challenges, and efficiency gains
- Produce weekly reflection summaries on key learnings and workflow improvements
- Contribute to a final internship report or presentation summarizing outcomes and recommendations
- Support the adoption of AI tools by documenting processes and training internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Curious, proactive, and eager to apply AI tools in real-world settings
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Interest in automation, business optimization, or emerging technologies
- Ability to work independently and document work rigorously
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and reporting
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Mac/Apple operating systems
