Responsibilities

  • Research trending, high-demand, and low-competition products for Amazon and dropshipping
  • Identify and vet reliable dropshipping suppliers and manufacturers
  • Calculate profit margins, shipping costs, and supplier fees
  • Create, optimize, and upload product listings with accurate SEO titles and descriptions
  • Perform keyword research for Amazon SEO and web visibility
  • Update product pricing, inventory levels, and availability
  • Process and track daily customer orders and manage supplier communications
  • Handle customer inquiries, return requests, and order status updates
  • Monitor store performance metrics, account health, and inventory status
  • Assist with basic marketing tasks and PPC campaign tracking
  • Provide regular weekly reporting on sales and product research

Requirements

  • Prior experience supporting Amazon stores (Seller Central) and dropshipping models
  • Proficiency with e-commerce tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and computer setup
