Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Amazon & E-Marketplaces Expert. The role involves managing and optimizing Nagaad Organics’ presence on Amazon and other online marketplaces, including product listing creation, keyword optimization, and content enhancement to drive visibility and sales.

The expert will monitor marketplace performance, analyze sales and traffic data, manage pricing and promotions, and ensure product information is accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams for inventory planning, handling marketplace-related customer queries and feedback, and identifying new marketplace opportunities and growth strategies. The person in this role will help strengthen Nagaad Organics’ digital footprint and support sustainable business growth through effective online channel management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Amazon Seller/Vendor Central management and hands-on expertise with other major e-marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Etsy, regional platforms).
  • Strong skills in product listing optimization, keyword research, SEO for marketplaces, and digital merchandising.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using marketplace dashboards, spreadsheets, and basic analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of online advertising and promotions within marketplaces, including Sponsored Products and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, order fulfillment coordination, and pricing strategies for e-commerce channels.
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting product descriptions, titles, and marketplace content.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience with natural, organic, or FMCG products is an advantage; understanding of sustainability-oriented brands is beneficial.
