Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi for an Analyst, Contract Management. The role involves supporting the management and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and analyzing contract performance. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing contracts, maintaining contract records, analyzing KPIs, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and facilitating payment processes and contract renewals. This position allows for a combination of office work and remote work to provide flexibility for the employee. Qualifications - Strong skills in Contract Management, Contract Drafting, and Review. - Proficiency in Data Analysis, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking, and generating reports to inform decision-making. - Experience in Stakeholder Coordination and Vendor Relationship Management. - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to contracts and procurement processes. - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field. - Proficiency in ERP systems and contract management tools is preferred. - Relevant work experience, ideally within a similar industry or role. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
