Responsibilities

  • Process documentation, claims, and data reports following standard operating procedures
  • Identify and flag anomalies, missing information, or process breaks to senior team members
  • Communicate directly with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations
  • Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets or internal systems for accurate daily reporting
  • Manage conflicting priorities and deadlines, communicating trade-offs to the team

Requirements

  • BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Up to 2 years of experience in operations, administration, data entry, or customer-facing roles
  • High attention to detail and discipline in following multi-step processes
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and escalation judgment
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Ability to maintain a schedule with consistent daily overlap with US business hours
  • Fluency in Spanish is ideal
