Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Arabic Cuisine Chef to join our team in Dibba Al Fujairah. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing authentic Arabic dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Arabic dishes.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Monitor food stock and assist with inventory management.
  • Minimize food waste and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
  • Work efficiently during busy service hours.
  • Follow company recipes and kitchen procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Arabic Cuisine Chef.
  • Knowledge of traditional Arabic cooking techniques and recipes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Currently in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dibba Al Fujairah.
