Arabic Dental Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Front Desk Sales Expert for our busy Dental Clinic in Rashidiya 3,Ajman. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with a proven track record of converting leads into patients, either in the healthcare sector or in digital marketing services sales. You will be the first point of contact for patients and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and expert product/service knowledge to maximize bookings and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients/clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins, and digital leads) and convert them into appointments or customers.
  • Follow up with prospective patients and digital marketing clients, nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate through persuasive communication and expert knowledge of clinic treatments and/or digital marketing services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing patients/clients to increase loyalty.
  • Manage appointment schedules; coordinate between clients, clinic staff, and management to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets; actively participate in promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all the clinic's services, offers, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Accurately record all client data and sales activity in the clinic's management system.
  • Handle payment transactions and maintain records with utmost confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate only (as per client preferences).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant sales experience in UAE (Medical, Dental, or Digital Marketing preferred).
  • Proven success in lead conversion and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English
  • Experienced in using CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
  • Presentable, customer-focused, energetic, and a team player.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
