Arabic Typist

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Arabic Typist to oversee corporate documentation and licensing procedures. In this role, you will draft, type, and review legally binding Arabic documents—including Memorandum of Association (MOA), Power of Attorney (POA), Side Agreements, and Mutual Agreements—and handle formal correspondence with government authorities. Additionally, you will manage end-to-end external government approvals required for commercial licensing across various regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and type official Arabic legal agreements, including Memorandums of Association (MOA), Powers of Attorney (POA), Side Agreements, and Mutual Termination/Discharge Agreements.
  • Prepare formal Arabic letters, petitions, and notices directed to government departments, courts, and notary public offices.
  • Review and verify agreement clauses to ensure standard regulatory compliance and accuracy before notarization or submission.
  • Identify, apply for, and secure external government approvals required for commercial, industrial, and professional license issuance/renewals.
  • Coordinate with sector-specific government entities for initial and final clearances, such as Civil Defense, Dubai Municipality, RTA, Customs Broker, Dubai Chambers, Media/Telecommunications, DHA and Police Clearance where applicable.
  • Ensure all supporting documents, legal attestations, and technical site plans meet authority requirements prior to submission.
  • Track pending approvals and follow up directly with department representatives to resolve technical rejections or queries.
  • Maintain a centralized, secure archive of all executed legal agreements and government permits.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic Literature, or a related field.
  • Minimum 45+ WPM in Arabic with a high rate of accuracy.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Arabic Typist, or PRO Assistant in the UAE/GCC region.
  • In-depth knowledge of Notary Public procedures and profound familiarity with external clearance criteria across major government departments.
  • Strict attention to detail and zero-error mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Multilingual proficiency (Arabic, English, or other languages) is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
