<p>Architectural QC Section Head – Villa Project</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> UAE</p><p><strong>Project:</strong> Luxury Villa Project</p><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Architectural QC Section Head</strong> to lead the architectural quality control activities for a high-end villa project.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead and supervise the Architectural QC team and inspection activities.</li><li>Ensure all architectural and finishing works comply with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, method statements, and quality standards.</li><li>Monitor <strong>blockwork, plastering, screed, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, ceilings, painting, joinery, doors, cladding, façade, and other finishing works</strong>.</li><li>Review and monitor <strong>WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, inspection checklists, and quality reports</strong>.</li><li>Review architectural material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, samples, and mock-ups.</li><li>Coordinate with the Consultant, Client, subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams on quality-related matters.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to identify and prevent non-conformities.</li><li>Monitor subcontractor workmanship and ensure timely corrective action and NCR closure.</li><li>Ensure approved materials, samples, and mock-ups are properly implemented on site.</li><li>Ensure architectural works are ready for Consultant/Client inspection, snagging, and handover.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and support to Architectural QC Engineers and Inspectors.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in <strong>Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field</strong>.</li><li><strong>10+ years of experience</strong> in architectural QA/QC within building construction.</li><li><strong>Proven experience in villa projects is mandatory.</strong></li><li>Previous experience as an <strong>Architectural QC Section Head, Senior Architectural QC Engineer, or equivalent</strong>.</li><li>Strong experience in architectural and high-end finishing works.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of <strong>ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, Method Statements, Material Submittals, Shop Drawings, and Inspection Procedures</strong>.</li><li>UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.</li><li>Proven ability to lead and manage a QC team.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.</li><li><strong>Immediate joiner or short notice period is preferred.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p>
