What You’ll Do - Lead and manage Kitchen Managers and operational teams across assigned units - Own hiring, onboarding, training, and continuous coaching for all operational staff - Drive performance management, discipline, morale, and retention across units - Conduct regular audits to ensure SOP adherence, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards - Ensure strict compliance with brand recipes, production standards, and quality checks - Identify operational gaps and lead end-to-end (360°) process improvements - Own kitchen readiness and setup for all new dark kitchen launches across the UAE - Monitor and deliver key KPIs including kitchen time, aggregator ratings, order accuracy, product availability, and customer experience - Drive cost control across food cost, wastage, labor scheduling, and utilities - Ensure all units consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets - Optimize delivery and production flows to support peak performance periods - Partner with Supply Chain on demand forecasting, stock planning, and ordering accuracy - Collaborate with Brand Managers, Chefs, and Marketing on campaigns, NPD rollouts, and promotions - Work closely with Facilities and Maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance - Liaise with Finance on reporting, budgeting, and variance management - Maintain daily communication with unit managers, providing clear direction and support - Share weekly operational updates, risks, and corrective action plans - Build strong alignment with Brand teams to improve visibility, conversion, and performance What We’re Looking For - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in multi-unit operations within F&B, QSR, or hospitality - Proven track record of delivering operational targets and leading large teams - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills - Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - GCC experience is a plus Why You’ll Love Working at Kitopi - Extensive learning opportunities across hard and soft skills - Customized workshops through the Kitopi Academy - International, diverse, and inclusive work environment - A caring, people-first community - Free and unlimited access to a nutritionist - No dress code (T&Cs apply) - Team activities and social events - Inclusive private health insurance - Up to 50% discount on Kitopi brands - Annual leave as per company policy Additional Well-Being Benefits - Wellness spaces designed for mothers (inclusive for all) - Monthly well-being programs for mental and physical health - Informative and empowering growth webinars - Social Thursdays and Fridays across markets Recruitment Process & Timeline 1.
