Key Responsibilities * Lead daily Amazon Now operations across the assigned area and maintain consistent execution throughout all shifts. * Promote a strong culture of workplace safety, wellbeing, and operational discipline. * Monitor quality, productivity, service level agreements, and other key performance indicators. * Analyze performance gaps and implement corrective actions to restore or improve operational results. * Lead, coach, and support frontline employees while building a productive and accountable team culture. * Manage administrative responsibilities associated with staffing, performance, operations, and shift execution. * Review workload, operating conditions, and team performance to ensure the area remains aligned with business objectives. * Identify root causes behind recurring operational problems and introduce practical corrective measures. * Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with other Area Managers and operational leaders to standardize shift processes and working practices. * Support third-party store operations and ensure partners work in line with required service and operational standards. * Balance short-term operational requirements with longer-term improvement priorities. * Partner effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different organizational levels. * Coach junior employees and support the development of future operations leaders. * Deliver projects and operational assignments independently while maintaining deadlines and quality expectations. * Respond quickly to urgent operational situations and make sound decisions with limited guidance when necessary. * Support process improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement principles. * Manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment without losing focus on customer experience or operational performance. Ideal Profile Candidates should hold a bachelor 's degree or equivalent qualification. Applicants with at least two years of Amazon full-time employee experience may also meet the core experience requirement. A bachelor 's degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain, business, or a related field is particularly relevant for this position. The role requires experience working effectively across different teams and organizational levels, including coaching junior employees and influencing stakeholders to achieve operational outcomes.
