Area Service Leader - Western PA

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage customer relationships across a designated territory
  • Lead and coach technical teams including Biomedical Technicians and Field Engineers
  • Drive profitability and growth of assigned customers
  • Ensure service delivery meets SLA targets
  • Manage resource planning and on-call processes
  • Execute recalls and PMs
  • Partner with commercial teams to ensure contract renewals and retention

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 4 years related experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven experience leading a team and managing customer relationships
  • Ability to analyze and resolve technical or business-related issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing a Field Service team in imaging equipment maintenance
  • GE Healthcare Service or Operational experience
  • Prior field sales or field service experience
