Role Description The Area Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Ain, responsible for overseeing pest control, cleaning, and related environmental service operations within an assigned area. This role includes planning daily work schedules, assigning tasks to field teams, and ensuring services are delivered in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.

The Area

Supervisor monitors service quality on client sites, conducts inspections, addresses client inquiries and concerns, and coordinates with management on operational needs. The role involves supervising staff performance, supporting training and safety compliance, maintaining accurate records and reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Operational supervision and team leadership skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple service teams and manage daily workloads.
  • Experience in pest control, cleaning services, or environmental services operations, with knowledge of relevant procedures, tools, and safety practices.
  • Client service and communication skills to interact professionally with customers, address issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Organizational and reporting skills, including scheduling, documentation, and basic use of digital tools or software for tracking activities.
  • Ability to work on-site in Al Ain, conduct field inspections, and support staff across various client locations.
  • Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance related to environmental services and waste management.
  • Previous supervisory experience in facilities management, cleaning, or pest control is preferred.
  • Relevant technical certification or vocational training in pest control, cleaning services, or environmental management is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license and the ability to travel between client sites as required.
