JA The Resort, Dubai's largest experience resort, is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Assistant Director of Sales to support the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives while driving revenue growth across our exceptional hospitality portfolio.

This leadership role is ideal for a passionate sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is committed to delivering outstanding business results.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Director of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity

Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, group, and MICE segments

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel partners, and industry stakeholders

Conduct sales calls, presentations, site inspections, and client meetings to generate business opportunities

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support commercial growth

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to support strategic decision-making

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences

Represent JA The Resort at industry events, trade exhibitions, networking functions, and sales missions

What We're Looking For

Education & Qualifications

  • College/University Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Relevant professional sales or hospitality qualifications are an advantage

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the hospitality industry, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and developing successful sales strategies

  • Strong experience in corporate, leisure, group, and MICE sales

  • UAE market knowledge and an established industry network are preferred

Computer Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Experience with hotel sales systems and CRM platforms is an advantage

Language Skills

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Additional languages are an advantage
