Your primary objective will be to onboard and manage clients, ensuring a seamless and profitable banking experience. Key result Areas - Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand the bank's market share. - Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention. - Deliver on revenue and liability targets by actively cross-selling and upselling bank products and services. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns. - Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and potential leads. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including relationship managers and product specialists. - Provide regular performance reports and insights to the management team, highlighting areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures. - Support the team in achieving overall business objectives and contribute to a positive work environment. Knowledge, skills and experience - A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking industry. - Excellent knowledge of market products and services, with a strong understanding of client needs. - Proven track record in business development and client acquisition, with a focus on revenue generation. - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant banking software. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
