What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

You will drive the execution and scaling of noon’s automation initiatives through cross-functional stakeholder management, and hands-on field execution

Job scope

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across Operations, Product, Engineering to execute high-impact robotics and automation initiatives.
  • Analyze operational data, field performance metrics to drive targeted interventions to ensure projects remain on track
  • Build Excel models and PowerPoint materials to support internal and external stakeholder conversations
  • Own the end-to-end deployment of automation solutions, coordinating internal teams and external partners ensuring successful implementation on the ground
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's Degree from a top institution.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, or the strategy team of a startup.
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to spend time in the field, working with operational teams and deployment partners to ensure successful implementation.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and support relationships with external stakeholders
  • Experience in building Excel models and PP presentations for external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL is a plus.
