Assistant Market Sales Director

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Market Sales Director – Middle East to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and inspiring sales leader with a strong track record in luxury hospitality. In this role, you will lead sales initiatives, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth to achieve the company’s commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue and occupancy targets in your assigned countries / region. Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to deliver consistent commercial performance. Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to strengthen the company’s competitive position. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, travel trade, and other industry stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, demand patterns, and economic indicators to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies. Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align sales initiatives with brand positioning, campaigns, and overall business objectives. Work closely with Revenue Management to support effective pricing and distribution strategies that maximize revenue and occupancy. Analyze sales performance, market intelligence, and key commercial metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management. Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, sales missions, and client engagements as required. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 2 years in a senior sales leadership role within the luxury hospitality industry. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent understanding of luxury hospitality sales, market dynamics, and commercial trends. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to interpret sales data and market intelligence.
