About the Company

Our client is a well-established provider of premium corporate gifting, branded merchandise, promotional products and creative branding solutions. They partner with leading multinational corporations, government entities and regional businesses to deliver innovative, high‑quality marketing and promotional solutions across the UAE. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Sales Manager with a strong background in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise or advertising sales.

The Role

This is a business development‑focused position where you’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing long‑term client relationships and delivering tailored corporate gifting and branding solutions to businesses across the UAE. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings through to proposal preparation, negotiation and closing while working closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities across corporate, commercial and government sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement, marketing, HR and key business decision‑makers. Generate new leads and convert opportunities into long‑term accounts. Understand client requirements and recommend creative corporate gifting and promotional merchandise solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and commercial offers. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to successfully close deals. Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to client expectations. Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets. Qualifications 3‑5 years of experience within corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, advertising, or branded solutions is essential. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE market. Proven success in B2B business development and account management. Strong network within corporate clients, multinational companies, or government organisations is advantageous. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly motivated, target‑driven, and commercially minded. Additional Requirements UAE driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
