We're looking for a dynamic, experienced Audio Producer who will help craft the sound of our weekly radio shows and podcasts for our financial advisors.We want someone who knows how to create compelling audio and put out strong work on tight deadlines. They have sound editorial judgment, take pride in their work, and have a high attention to detail. They have a problem-solving attitude and an excitement for innovation. The ideal candidate has a background in audio production and/or daily show production.Our talent, content, technology and innovation continue to be at the forefront, and we want you to be a part of it!What you’ll do:Records, edits and produces long-form “infotainment” radio shows and podcasts, complete with music and production effectsDelivers the final long-form radio show product to the appropriate radio stations on or before deadlineWorks collaboratively with the host and advisors on all aspects of productionAssembles radio equipment for advisors and assists advisors through the radio onboarding phaseWorks with various software programs as well as internal and external staff and/or advisors and their staff, to setup remote studios, assist with show recordings and other similar dutiesHelps edit and produce short-form commercial programming as neededExercises autonomy to make basic decisions to handle non-routine concernsCollaborates with internal partners to support video podcast production and publishes finalized content to YouTubeIdentifies ways to improve workflow, turnaround times for various projects, and the team’s productivityExperience you’ll bring:1-2 years of experience in audio production, podcasting, radio, or a related fieldHands‑on experience recording, editing, and producing audio contentWorking knowledge of audio equipment, microphones, mixers, and recording setupsExperience meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced production environmentStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with hosts, advisors, and cross‑functional partnersAbility to take initiative and ownership of projects and workloadAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage non‑routine production challengesWork independently and as a positive and supportive member of a teamBonus Points:Proficiency with audio editing software Adobe AuditionExperience editing video content using Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar software), particularly for video podcasts or digital platforms such as YouTubeFamiliarity with remote recording workflows and virtual studio setupsExperience onboarding or supporting non-technical talent in audio production environmentsWhat you’ll get:Amazing benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k (with matching options)Generous PTO package upon your start dateAccess to an on‑site café, gym and primary careContinuous personal and professional development opportunitiesRecognition for hard work & exemplary performanceEmployee sponsored events…and more!Who We Are:Advisors Excel is a fast paced, innovative company that seeks to service independent financial advisors in a multitude of areas within their business.
