You will serve as the primary commercial leader for expanding our waste management and sustainability portfolio, responsible for orchestrating massive corporate sales, negotiating complex facility management contracts, and ensuring absolute, uncompromising adherence to UAE municipal environmental mandates.Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a highly related field. A minimum of 5 years of proven, high-performance experience in high-volume B2B enterprise sales within the GCC, specifically in environmental services, FM, or industrial logistics, is strictly required. Absolute mastery of UAE waste regulations, ESG sustainability frameworks, and rigorous P&L cost-control is mandatory. Exceptional negotiation and corporate networking skills are essential to manage high-pressure sales targets. Fluency in English is required; operational proficiency in Arabic or Hindi is highly advantageous.Physical & Security Criteria: The role requires exceptional mental stamina for managing high-stress corporate negotiations, conducting continuous field sales across industrial sites and corporate headquarters, and overseeing dynamic SLA requirements.
