The Lewis Foundation of Classical Ballet is one of India’s leading classical ballet academies, training over 900 students across six centres in Bangalore in the ISTD syllabus. We’re looking for a passionate, full-time Ballet Teacher to join our team.

Teaching ballet in India is unlike teaching in an established ballet market. Our students are enthusiastic, curious and ambitious. Our studios are energetic, our standards are high, and every day offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds RAD CBTS or ISTD DDE or equivalent certification
  • Has roughly 2-7 years of teaching experience
  • Brings positive energy and enthusiasm into every class
  • Loves teaching children and young dancers
  • Is adaptable, organised , detailed oriented and proactive
  • Sees challenges as opportunities, not obstacles
  • Wants to make a genuine difference through dance education
