About the Role

Starbucks is looking for passionate and customer-focused Baristas to join our growing team across multiple stores in Dubai. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages and food items while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items according to Starbucks standards.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming store environment.
  • Maintain product quality, presentation, and food safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Operate POS systems and process customer transactions accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience
