Bilingual Accountant

We're hiring an experienced Accountant to join our team, managing the firm's financial records, reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. What you'll do: - Maintain and update financial records, including consultations, services, and case-related income - Prepare monthly expense reports and support cost-reduction planning - Prepare outstanding balances reports and support settlement strategy - Track and follow up on collections and unclear or missing payments - Prepare financial statistics and reports for management and lawyers - Support income improvement initiatives, including tracking of additional revenue channels - Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy across all financial trackers - Assist with per-employee profitability calculations and related reporting - Liaise with clients and internal teams in both Arabic and English, verbally and in writing What we're looking for: - Minimum 2 years of experience as an accountant, including experience at a local UAE law firm (required) - Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written (required) - Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting/financial tracking systems - High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts/cases simultaneously - Good communication skills and a professional, client-facing manner
