Job description: Purpose of the Job The Bio-Chain Manager will oversee the integration of biofuels for road fleets, aviation, and marine operations. This role requires collaboration with procurement, operations, finance, pricing, and product teams to ensure cost-effective and sustainable biofuel solutions. Job Description • Identify and purchase biofuels with the right provenance to ensure sustainability and compliance with environmental standards.• Collaborate with the procurement team to source the best biofuel options available in different regions globally.• Develop and implement strategies to integrate biofuels into the companys road fleet operations.• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of biofuels in all vehicles.• Partner with operations, products, pricing, finance, and procurement teams to identify and implement the best biofuel solutions for aviation and marine sectors.• Facilitate communication and coordination among departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in biofuel usage.• Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in biofuels.• Develop long-term strategies to enhance the companys biofuel procurement and integration processes.• Ensure all biofuel procurement and usage comply with relevant environmental regulations and standards.• Prepare and present regular reports on biofuel usage, cost savings, and environmental impact to senior management.• Collaborate with the strategy team to drive strategic initiatives.
