We’re Hiring Our First Business Accountant

A fast-growing manufacturing startup based in Umm Al Quwain is looking to hire a dedicated and hands-on Business Accountant to build and manage the financial foundation of the company. This role is designed for someone who wants to take ownership, contribute to real business decisions, and grow alongside an expanding organization.

This is more than a routine accounting role — it is an opportunity to shape financial systems and provide meaningful insights that support company growth. Immediate joiners are preferred.

What You’ll Own:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain accurate bookkeeping records
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
  • Handle inventory accounting specific to a manufacturing environment
  • Prepare budgets, cost sheets, and detailed MIS reports
  • Generate monthly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts
  • Manage VAT filing and ensure full compliance with UAE regulations
  • Provide financial insights and reports to support management decisions
  • Process payroll accurately and on time
