<p>Position: <strong>Business Development Assistant – International Law Firm </strong></p><p>Location: <strong>Dubai, UAE</strong></p><p>Compensation: <strong>AED 22,000 to AED 25,000 plus benefits </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>Gateworth are currently supporting a prestigious international law firm in their search for a BD & Marketing Assistant to contribute towards their growth plans across the GCC region. This role will work closely with the Business Development Manager and global team to execute on a range of client development initiatives which elevate the brands positioning in the market. As this role has a regional focus our client is flexible for the individual to be based in either their Dubai or Riyadh offices.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• This role will be heavily focused towards supporting with the preparation and coordination of compelling pitches, proposals and panel submissions, delivering high quality work within a tight turnaround to meet submission deadlines.</p><p>• Maintain and update practice group credentials, experience lists, marketing collateral and other business development resources to ensure information remains up to date and meets the firms best practice guidelines.</p><p>• Support the preparation and submission of legal directory rankings and awards submissions, including coordinating information gathering, drafting content, and managing submission timelines.</p><p>• Assist the Business Development team in identifying practice-specific opportunities and challenges through research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.</p><p>• Support the firm with event planning and delivery, liaising with internal and external stakeholders for venue arrangements, logistics and attendee invitation.</p><p>• Monitor market developments, client activity, and industry news to identify potential opportunities for cross-selling, collaboration, and client engagement across practices and offices.</p><p>• Contributing towards profile raising activity, working with the wider BD function and Partners to design and execute effective client development strategies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>• Our client will look to recruit a business development professional with 2-3 years relevant industry experience preferably within an international law firm, or coming from a professional services background. </p><p>• The successful candidate will be required to draft proposals in both English and Arabic, therefore only individuals who are fully bilingual English/Arabic can be considered for this position.</p><p>• This role will work closely alongside cross functional global teams therefore the individual should be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building skills and initiative to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a high performing team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Apply</strong></p><p>Applicants meeting this criteria and looking for a progressive and challenging opportunity should submit an application via LinkedIn or <u>apply@gateworth.com</u> quoting the GWG reference 15348.</p><p></p>
