What you will do

You will be responsible for developing new business and building your own pipeline. Your typical activities include:

· Cold/warm outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)

· Network and relationship development

· Create qualified meetings to understanding client challenges and priorities

· Identify and qualify opportunities

· Coordinate discovery sessions

· Collaborate with Praxnetics technical specialists

· Manage follow-ups

· Support negotiations to close new and retained business, and identify solution expansion opportunities

Compensation Package

This is a 100% commission-based consulting opportunity. Your success is measured by commercial outcomes.

Commissions are uncapped, beginning at 8% of Net Collected Revenue, with performance accelerators of up to 10% and 12% as annual collected revenue grows.

Illustrative earnings:

You will not be expected to sell alone. Praxnetics will provide access to the commercial and technical capabilities needed to pursue serious opportunities, including:

· Approved sales collateral, Industry materials, and service propositions

· CRM infrastructure

· Prospect and account research support

· Discovery support

· Technical subject-matter experts

· Proposal development

· Commercial support

· Leadership involvement where appropriate

Who we are looking for

We care less about impressive job titles and more about evidence that you can create commercial results.

To hit the ground running, it’s helpful if you have experience in areas such as:

· Consulting: Technology, management or professional services

· Digital transformation

· Enterprise software

· Cloud services

· Artificial intelligence

· Systems integration

· Enterprise recruitment or executive search

Direct AI sales experience is useful, but not essential. The ability to create opportunities, build executive relationships, and sell sophisticated services matters more.

If your experience doesn’t cover the listed industries, you might still be good at this if you

· Feel comfortable reaching out to the market and senior executives

· Enjoy sparking conversations about AI and technology

· Think commercially and can identify the real business problem behind an initial request

· Follow up consistently

· Are disciplined with CRM and pipeline management

· Can manage longer enterprise sales cycles and decision-making turnarounds

· Understand technical terminology

· Appreciate taking risks to deliver high rewards

This opportunity is probably not right for you if you

· Can’t operate on a commission-based model

· Feel uncomfortable with cold outreach

· Expect your leads and outreach list to be ready and made for you

· Prefer account administration over new business development

· Rely heavily on discounting to close deals

Career progression map

Strong performers may progress toward opportunities such as:

· Senior Business Development Consultant

· Client Partner

· Industry Lead

· Market Lead
