Business Development Director (Architecture & Interior Design)

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Business Development Director (Architecture & Interior Design) who will be responsible for managing the operations and business development activities of one of our subsidiaries. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field

  • Minimum of 7–8 years of relevant professional experience in architecture, interior design, business development, or a similar leadership role.

  • Proven experience in managing operations and leading multidisciplinary teams.

  • Strong business development background with a demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.

  • Well-established network within the UAE market, particularly with real estate developers, consultants, contractors, government entities, and key industry stakeholders.

  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE architecture, interior design, and construction industries, including current market trends.

  • Experience in preparing commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to develop strategic partnerships and represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth while overseeing day-to-day operations.

  • UAE driving licence is preferred.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead the subsidiary's operational activities, develop and execute business growth strategies, strengthen relationships with key clients and developers, oversee project opportunities from inception to completion, and contribute to the company's long-term strategic objectives.
