Business Development Manager - Logistics and Freight Forwarding Experience is Mandatory

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Business Development Manager to expand its Freight Forwarding and Logistics business across the UAE and GCC. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of acquiring new customers, managing strategic accounts, and driving revenue growth. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, and Supply Chain Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of import and export customers.
  • Promote Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, and Supply Chain Solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business.
  • Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Travel across the UAE for client meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of UAE Freight Forwarding & Logistics business development experience.
  • Experience selling Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, and Supply Chain Solutions.
  • Strong UAE customer network.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel across the UAE.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary up to AED 15,000 per month
