Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Business Development Manager to join our oil and gas team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through the development and of marketing strategies and business development initiatives. This includes conducting market research identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. The Marketing and Business Development Manager will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful of marketing and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to drive growth and profitability in the oil and gas sector
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities including strategic partnerships and acquisitions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry including customers suppliers and regulators
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales product development and operations to ensure successful of marketing and business development initiatives
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets including tracking and reporting on performance metrics
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in oil and gas marketing and business development

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in marketing and business development in the oil and gas industry
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and tactics including market research product positioning and marketing communications
  • Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the oil and gas industry
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of oil and gas industry regulations and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in marketing business or a related field
  • Experience working with large oil and gas companies and/or service providers
  • Knowledge of oil and gas exploration and production processes
  • Familiarity with industry trade shows conferences and events
