As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our insurance sales division within the Retail Banking Group. Your primary focus will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and increase insurance sales. You will be a key contributor to our team's success, working closely with our experienced professionals to deliver exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to our valued customers. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the life insurance sector. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient delivery of insurance products. Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance MashreqBank's presence and reputation.
