Business Development & Partnerships Representative – Freelance / Per Qualified Meeting A new Medical, Health & Nutrition Venture entering the UAE market is seeking a professional Freelance Business Development & Partnerships Representative to support the development of strategic partnerships with selected organizations in the UAE.

IMPORTANT – COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

This is NOT a daily-salary position.

Compensation is AED 300 per qualified and completed meeting with an authorized decision-maker, not AED 300 per working day.

The AED 300 meeting fee is inclusive of transportation expenses.

A paid meeting must be pre-approved and must be held with an appropriate decision-maker, such as a General Manager, Club Manager, Commercial Manager, Partnerships Manager, Business Development Manager, or another authorized senior representative.

Site visits, conversations with reception or front-desk staff, or meetings that have not been pre-approved do not qualify for payment.

During the initial trial stage, a maximum of 3 paid qualified meetings will be authorized. Further meetings will be agreed upon based on performance and results.

SUCCESS BONUSES

  • AED 1,000 upon obtaining written preliminary approval to proceed toward a pilot partnership.
  • AED 4,000 upon successful signing of a partnership agreement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reach and engage relevant decision-makers.
  • Secure qualified meetings with selected organizations.
  • Attend meetings and professionally present the partnership proposal.
  • Clearly and confidently communicate the commercial value proposition.
  • Support initial discussions and negotiations.
  • Provide professional follow-up after meetings when required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong confidence and professional presence in face-to-face business meetings.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or corporate relations.
  • Experience in fitness, healthcare, wellness, F&B, hospitality, or related sectors is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Currently based in the UAE.
  • Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT This is a freelance, part-time, results-oriented engagement.

Meetings will only be conducted with organizations agreed upon and pre-approved in advance.

Project details and the full partnership proposition will be shared with shortlisted candidates at the appropriate stage.

There is potential for a broader role as the venture launches and expands in the UAE.

Pay: AED300.00 per day
