Business Development – Sales

The Sales and Business Development is responsible for all direct Sales of “LOCATION SOLUTIONS” products and services for the accounts assigned to him, in addition to generating leads and acquiring new customers. The Sales function includes all activities related to Sales of projects in the region. The Sales Executive works closely with the Sales Manager to create maximum Sales Revenue based on the Company strategy. The Sales Executive provides regular input to the Product/Solution Managers to ensure optimal regional fit of “LOCATION SOLUTIONS” solutions. The Sales Executives report to the Sales Manager. Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities - Achieve quarterly sales quota. - Increase customer databases by acquiring new deals monthly. - Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers under him. - Prepare and deliver presentations according to each client's needs. - Conduct daily sales and follow up phone-calls. - Conduct a minimum number of daily sales meetings that is agreed on. - Use our ERP to report on a daily basis the sales activities conducted during the day. - Identify and update his monthly pipeline according to his sales opportunities in ERP. Desired Skills, Qualifications & Experience - The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: - Minimum of One (1) years of experience in direct sales. - Fully knowledgeable with English speaking and writing. - Proven track record in achieving sales quota - Solid knowledge of sales of new technologies in a solution centric approach - Versatile, hands‑on, proactive, organized, team player, self‑starter and analytic - Understanding and proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Ability to manage and build relations with long existing sales channels - Ability to work under pressure in fast‑paced environment - Understanding of the wireless industry, software solution delivery projects and preferably location technologies, like GPS - Strong professional/academic credential including business background - Excellent network in the region and prepared to travel. - Strong technical and presentation skills - Degree: Bachelor's degree / higher diploma Requirement - Having a UAE driving license - Expected starting date is ASAP - Gender: Male Compensation - Attractive Monthly Package based on qualifications (including Basic, housing and Transportation) - Plus Medical Insurance. - Plus commission as per company structure.
