Business Operations Manager – Pre-Production

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to support our operations Department. The ideal candidate will assist in managing multiple projects, streamlining daily operations, and ensuring the timely preparation of pitches for client RFPs. The business operations will consist of project-based leads that would require the candidate to lead, inspire and monitor.Key Responsibilities:Lead in preparing compelling proposals and pitches for client RFPs.Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information and project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely submissions.Monitor project progress and communicate updates to managementSupport in budget optimization & analysis.Draft and conduct necessary briefs for different departments including creative, production, finance etc to ensure the best outcome of the project is metResearch and build in depth knowledge of projects/clients to support other functions understandingSupport other departments when needed to step in.Skills & Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in event management, agencies and business operationsExcellent organizational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management toolsPreferably knows keynote.Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Wouldn't mind mobilizing/traveling for work around the region for projectsPerformance Indicators (KPIs):Number of successful project proposals delivered on time.Accuracy and quality of pitch documents.Project turnaround time and adherence to deadlines.Stakeholder satisfaction and feedback.Efficiency improvements implemented in operational workflows.Number of projects managed simultaneously without quality compromise
