Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell our subscription-based tender information services to domestic and international B2B clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and lead follow-ups.

* Promote and sell subscription plans for the TendersOnTime platform.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable subscription packages.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

* Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.

* Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitors.

Required Qualifications

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (any discipline).

* 6 months of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, or B2B Sales/ Freshers can also apply.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

* Good verbal and written communication in English.

* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills. Preferred Skills

* Experience in SaaS, subscription sales, B2B sales, government tenders, GeM, or procurement services.

* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

* Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
